Easy Bean Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. dry beans
5 1/2 to 6 qt. water
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 large bay leaf
1 pinch thyme (optional)
4 large cloves garlic, diced
12 to 15 beef cubes
2 c. cold water
3/4 c. Wondra flour
8 oz. sour cream
salt (vinegar optional) to taste
Preparation

Blend cold water, flour and sour cream until smooth.
Pour into soup.
Cook 5 to 10 minutes more.
