Old-Fashioned Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. grated raw carrots
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 (15 to 20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Combine sugar, oil and eggs; add flour, salt, soda and cinnamon.
    Blend well and add carrots, pineapple and nuts.
    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan; bake about 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    Do not overbake.
