Fresh Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 baked pastry shell
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. water
3 Tbsp. ReaLemon lemon juice
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jell-O (strawberry)
1 qt. fresh strawberries
Preparation

In medium saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch; add water and lemon juice.
Over high heat, bring to boil.
Reduce heat; cook, stirring occasionally until slightly thick and clear, approximately 4 to 5 minutes.
Add gelatin.
Stir until dissolved. Chill until thickened but not set, about 1 hour.
Stir in strawberries.
Spoon into baked pastry shell.
Chill 4 to 6 hours.
