Summer Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage
    1 small green pepper
    1 small onion
    1 small jar pimentos
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Chop and/or grate vegetables.
    Then boil the brine (sugar, water and vinegar) 5 minutes.
    Cool before pouring over chopped and grated vegetables.
    This keeps a month in refrigerator.
