Lemon Lush - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. plain flour
1 stick melted margarine
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
1 small Cool Whip
2 small pkg. lemon instant pudding
3 c. milk
Preparation

Mix flour, margarine, 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 1/2 cups of nuts.
Spread in rectangular Pyrex dish, forming a crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until slightly brown.
Cool completely.
Blend 1 cup of sugar, cream cheese and 1 cup of Cool Whip.
Spread on top of cooled crust layer.
Mix pudding and milk.
Spread on top of second layer.
Top with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts.
