Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    3 sticks (1 1/2 c.) butter
    6 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    8 oz. carton sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    6 oz. pkg. frozen coconut
Preparation
    Have butter at room temperature.
    Cream with sugar until fluffy.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Sift flour, salt and soda together.
    Add flour mixture and sour cream to the creamed mixture.
    Beat well.
    Add vanilla and coconut.
    Bake in well-greased and floured 10-inch tube pan for 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
    Cool.
