Rosamarina Dessert(Start A Day Ahead) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box rosamarina noodles
    1 large can pineapple chunks
    2 cans small Mandarin oranges
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    9 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Cook noodles until tender; drain and rinse.
    Drain and save juices from pineapple and oranges.
    Combine juices with eggs, sugar, flour, salt and lemon juice.
    Boil and pour over noodles. Refrigerate overnight.
    Next day, add cold fruit and Cool Whip. Serves at least 15 people (1 1/2 cups each).
