Company Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 head cauliflower, cleaned and partially cooked
4 to 6 Tbsp. sour cream
1 c. American and Swiss cheese, combined and shredded
1 Tbsp. Italian bread crumbs

Preparation

Combine and bake in 350\u00b0 oven, uncovered, until cauliflower is tender.
