Homemade Sweet-Sour Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 c. white sugar
2 c. vinegar
2 c. salad oil
1 c. horseradish
1 c. prepared mustard
1/2 c. catsup
1 large onion, minced

Preparation

Bring first three ingredients to a boil, but don't let it boil.
Blend remaining ingredients into hot mixture.
Put in blender and mix thoroughly.
Yields 1-quart plus.
