Cranberry-Orange Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. pkg. fresh cranberries
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. orange juice
1 tsp. finely shredded orange peel
Preparation

In saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, orange peel and orange juice.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and boil gently, uncovered, 8 to 10 minutes or until skins pop, stirring once or twice.
Cool.
Store in covered container in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Makes 4 cups.
