Deviled Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 hard-cooked eggs
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. white wine vinegar
salt to taste
paprika
Preparation

Slice the eggs lengthwise.
Remove yolks and mash with a fork. Stir in the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar and salt.
Stuff yolk mixture into the egg white halves.
Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika.
Makes 12 eggs.
