Lemon-Ginger Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 or 3 c. cooked, cubed chicken
    1 or 2 c. seedless green grapes
    1/2 tsp. ginger (ground)
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Stir together first 7 ingredients.
    Add chicken and grapes. Toss well.
    Chill at least 2 hours.
    Serve in cantaloupe halves. Sprinkle with slivered almonds.
    Serves 4.
