Candied Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium sweet potatoes, peeled
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1 c. white corn syrup
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Parboil sweet potatoes in salted water.
    Drain; place in greased utility dish.
    Combine flour with orange juice; add syrup. Mix well.
    Pour over sweet potatoes; dot with butter.
    Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
