Bud'S Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    Garlic powder to taste, optional
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 c. grated cheddar cheese
    2 c. corn flakes, crushed
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes.
    Combine everything except corn flakes.
    Mix well and put in 9x13-inch pan.
    Dot top with 1/2 cup butter. Sprinkle with corn flakes.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
