Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen spinach
1 small pkg. hamburger
shells
1 raw egg
cottage cheese (full carton)
pepper
garlic salt
Ragu
Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Cook spinach.
Brown hamburger and drain.
Parboil shells (see back of box) and drain.
Mix egg, cottage cheese, 1/2 of browned hamburger, 1/2 of spinach, pepper and garlic salt.
Mix all together in medium bowl.
Add more meat or spinach (if needed) or egg.
Stuff mix with teaspoon into shells and place in 13 x 9-inch brownie pan.
Cover with Ragu (open jar in fridge and new jar over oven).
Dice Mozzarella and place on top sauce.
Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
