Pecan Praline Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. pecan halves or pieces
Preparation
    Combine sugars, syrup, water and salt.
    Cook over low heat until soft ball stage.
    Remove from heat, add vanilla and pecans. Stir about 1 minute.
    Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper.
    (Peanuts can be substituted for pecans.)
