Pork Tenderloin Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 or 6 pork tenderloin chops
1 medium onion, sliced
4 medium potatoes, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper
Preparation

Preheat electric skillet to 400\u00b0.
Cook chops 5 to 6 minutes on one side with lid on halfway.
Turn over chops.
Lay potatoes on top of chops, then onions on top of potatoes.
Pour can of cream of mushroom soup over all.
Cover and cook until it begins steaming. Then turn on low heat and simmer for 25 to 30 minutes.
Salt and pepper to taste.
