Texas Caviar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked, drained black-eyed peas
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    4 oz. chopped pimento
    8 oz. Zesty Italian dressing
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Drain excess clear oil from dressing.
    Mix peas, onions, bell pepper and pimento.
    Add dressing, then salt and pepper.
    Marinate in refrigerator overnight.
    Serve at room temperature.
