German Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. vinegar
    1 c. Wesson oil
    1 large cabbage
    3 to 4 onions
Preparation
    Slice onions and cabbage in a large bowl.
    Set aside.
    Bring to boil the sugar, salt, celery seed, dry mustard, vinegar and oil. Pour hot mixture over cabbage and onions.
    Let cool and refrigerate.
