Granny Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar, pineapple (and juice), eggs, soda and salt. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix together 1/2 cup nuts and 1/2 cup brown sugar. Sprinkle over batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool 10 minutes and pour on icing.
