No Sugar Pink Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. boiling water
    1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
    2 pkg. (4 oz.) sugar free strawberry Jell-O
    1 c. Cool Whip
    1 c. strawberries or pineapple
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
    Chill until mixture begins to thicken.
    Beat with mixer.
    Fold in cottage cheese, Cool Whip and fruit.
    Pour into 8 x 10-inch dish.
    Refrigerate for 2 hours.
