Microwave Easy Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large onions
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 (10 1/2 oz.) cans condensed beef broth
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    4 (1-inch) slices Italian bread, toasted
Preparation
    Cut each onion in half from stem to root end, then slice thinly crosswise.
    In 3-quart casserole, cook onions and butter on High 15 minutes, stirring twice.
    Add undiluted beef broth and 1 cup of water.
    Cook, covered, on High 10 minutes, stirring once.
