Peas And Peanut Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen peas
    2 c. shredded cabbage
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    dash of pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. curry powder
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. wine vinegar
    3/4 c. salted Spanish-style peanuts
Preparation
    In salad bowl combine peas, cabbage and onions.
    In a small bowl mix sour cream, mayonnaise, salt, curry, pepper, mustard and vinegar.
    Blend well.
    Pour over cabbage mixture and toss lightly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until next day. Sprinkle peanuts over salad before serving.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
