Cabbage Wedge Meal-In-One - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small cabbage
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/4 c. rice
    2 c. canned tomatoes
    1 c. hot water
    2 tsp. salt
    1/3 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Remove tough outer leaves from cabbage and cut into 8 wedges, removing part of hard core.
    Place wedges in a greased casserole. Place onions, ground beef and rice between wedges.
    Combine tomatoes, hot water and seasonings and pour over casserole.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
