Lemon Chicken With Capers And Nuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. pine nuts or pecans
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 (10 oz.) whole chicken breasts, boned and split in half
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. white wine
    1 Tbsp. capers
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Spread the nuts on a piece of foil or baking dish and toast in the oven until golden brown (about 4 minutes).
    Set aside and cool.
    Gently pound each chicken breast between two pieces of waxed paper until evenly flattened, about 1/4-inch thick.
    Season with salt and pepper.
