Savory Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium zucchini
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Wash zucchini; cook in boiling salt water 5 minutes.
    Cut squash in half lengthwise.
    Scoop out seed, discard.
    Sprinkle inside with salt and pepper.
    Melt butter, add meat, celery and onions; cook, stirring until brown.
    Add sauce and bread crumbs, mix well.
    Spoon mixture into cavity or squash; place in shallow baking dish.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake uncovered at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
