Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1/3 c. chopped onion (optional)
1/2 c. bread crumbs (stale)
2 beaten eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. ketchup or 1 can tomatoes
catsup (for top)
Preparation

Mix hamburger, onion, bread crumbs, eggs, salt, pepper with 1/2 cup catsup or tomatoes.
Be sure to mix well.
Place in casserole dish or small bread pan.
Shape with rounded top.
Put catsup on top of meat loaf.
Cover with foil and cook in a 450\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes. Then reduce temperature to 250\u00b0 and cook 40 minutes or until done.
Serves 4 to 6.
