Sandy'S Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can peach slices, drained
    2 small cans mandarin oranges, drained
    3 bananas, sliced
    2 or 3 apples (do not peel), cut into chunks
    other fruits (strawberries, grapes)
    1 small pkg. vanilla pudding
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/3 c. orange juice concentrate
    3/4 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Combine pudding, milk and orange juice concentrate; blend well.
    Add sour cream; fold into fruit.
    Refrigerate.
    Best if served immediately, but not necessary.
    Great winter fruit salad.
