Meringue Miniatures - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites (room temperature)
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients and mix well. Grease 2 large cookie sheets. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form but not dry. Gradually beat sugar mixture into egg whites, beating 7 to 10 minutes after all the mixture has been added.
