Baked Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground lean pork (sausage)
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 can tomatoes
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 1/2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. crushed basil leaves
    1 (1 lb.) creamed cottage cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. crushed oregano leaves
    8 oz. lasagne noodles, cooked and well drained
    3/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook ground beef, ground pork, onion and garlic in Dutch oven until meat is brown.
    Drain off excess fat.
    Add tomatoes and break up with a fork.
    Stir in tomato sauce, 1 1/2 tablespoons parsley flakes, the sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt and basil.
    Simmer uncovered 1 hour until mixture is like good spaghetti sauce.
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
