Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. diced chicken
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 c. water chestnuts, sliced
1 c. diced celery
3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. cooked rice
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. slivered almonds
crushed corn flakes
2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Mix together all but last three ingredients.
Place in 2-quart casserole.
Stir slivered almonds in melted butter.
Spread over top of mixture.
Cover with crushed corn flakes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
