Yellow Squash Dressing(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, boiled and finely chopped
    4 c. yellow squash, cooked and well-drained or 2 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen squash, defrosted
    2/3 c. minced onion
    2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    2 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
Preparation
    In food processor, process squash until minced.
    Add eggs, onion and cracker crumbs to squash and process until well mixed. Set aside.
