Creole Haddock - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. haddock fillets
1 1/2 c. chopped fresh tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. safflower oil
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. instant minced onion
1 tsp. crushed basil leaves
1/4 tsp. coarse black pepper
4 drops hot sauce
Preparation
-
Place fillets in a 13 1/2 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Spoon over fillets.
Bake at 500\u00b0 for 5 to 8 minutes.
