Quick Beefy Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    2 c. tomato juice
    2 c. beef broth
    2 c. cubed potatoes, uncooked
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown beef in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring to crumble.
    Drain off drippings.
    Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer 20 to 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
    Freezes well.
    Makes 4 servings.
