Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. ground round or ground sirloin
2 bell peppers, finely chopped
2 medium onions, finely chopped
8 oz. grated cheese
1 large jar sliced mushrooms, finely chopped
garlic powder to taste
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Shape into balls.
Do not bake balls too small.
They will shrimp when cooked.
Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes. Drain off grease.
Simmer in gravy for 2 hours.
