Cathy'S Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. flat tortilla shells
    mild salsa
    sour cream
    1 carton Ricotta cheese
    Mozzarella cheese
    Parmesan cheese
    Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix Ricotta, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
    Put small amount in center of shells.
    Fold edges over.
    Place in baking dish.
    Cover with salsa and Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot.
    Serve with sour cream.
