Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) bag sauerkraut, rinsed and drained thoroughly
    1 c. diced celery
    1 diced green pepper
    1 finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. sugar (granulated)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Let stand overnight (at least 24 hours).
    This will keep for weeks.
