Tortilla Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 flour or wheat tortillas (large size)
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheese
    1/2 can chopped black olives (4 oz. can)
    1/2 can chopped green chiles (4 oz. can)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together with hand mixer.
    Spread over tortillas and roll up.
    Refrigerate or can cut in 1 to 1 1/2 inch slices and serve.
    Makes large number of appetizers, approximately 50.
