1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 tsp. powdered sugar
6 Tbsp. shortening
1 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 500\u00b0.
Blend thoroughly.
Roll or cut into biscuits.
Brush on melted butter.
Bake at 500\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
