Harold'S Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    brisket
    salt and pepper
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Place brisket in shallow pan.
    Cover with salt, pepper, 1 package of Lipton onion soup mix and water.
    Seal tightly with foil.
    Place in 325\u00b0 oven and roast for 3 to 4 hours.
    Parboiled carrots and potatoes may be added last hour of cooking.
