Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans creamed corn
    1/2 c. water
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 pkg. Mexican corn bread mix
Preparation
    Mix all of the ingredients and set aside.
    Melt 1/2 stick or less of butter or margarine in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Pour in mixture.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    When done, sprinkle with grated cheese and let melt before serving.
