Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese
    1 jar salsa
    3 to 4 Tbsp. milk
    1 large bag tortilla chips
    2 Tbsp. jalapenos
Preparation
    Brown and drain meat.
    In a second pan, melt cheese and stir in milk.
    Add salsa to cheese and stir.
    Then stir in ground beef. Let it simmer 4 minutes.
    Serve over tortilla chips.
