Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 graham cracker crusts
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3/4 to 1 c. peanut butter
    2 c. powdered sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 large container Cool Whip, thawed (save enough for top)
Preparation
    Mix cheese, sugar and peanut butter.
    Add vanilla and beat at high speed.
    Fold in Cool Whip.
    Refrigerate 3 or 4 hours for firmness.
    Add remaining Cool Whip to top of pies.
