Swedish Pancake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
dash of nutmeg
4 Tbsp. margarine
sifted powdered sugar
fresh or frozen fruit (strawberries, peaches, etc.)
whipped cream
Preparation

Mix first four ingredients until batter is lumpy.
Melt margarine and add to batter.
Bake in buttered baking dish at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Remove and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Bake another 2 to 3 minutes.
Serve hot, covered with fruit and whipped cream.
For baking dish, a pie plate works well or two smaller dishes.
