Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg, separated
    3/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 to 2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
    3/4 plus c. blueberries (fresh or frozen), well drained*
