Sherry Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts
    1/2 c. butter
    2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. cooking sherry
    4 oz. canned mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Brown chicken in butter.
    Make sauce of soup, sour cream and sherry.
    Add mushrooms, if desired.
    Put chicken in a 1 1/2-quart casserole and pour sauce over it.
    Bake, covered, for 1 hour.
    Serves 4 to 6.
