Horseradish Sauce - cooking recipe

1/2 c. chilled whipping cream
3 Tbsp. well drained prepared horseradish
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat whipping cream in chilled 1 1/2-pint bowl until stiff. Fold horseradish and salt.
Makes 1 cup sauce; 25 calories per tablespoon.
Delicious topping for beef, ham and pork.
