Wilted Spinach Salad(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cleaned spinach
    12 Greek olives
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp. chopped oregano
    4 oz. crumbled Feta cheese
    8 oz. croutons
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
Preparation
    Chop the cleaned spinach.
    Remove the pits from the olives. Combine all ingredients, except the olive oil in a metal bowl. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan until almost smoking.
    Pour the hot oil over the salad and toss quickly.
    Add more vinegar if necessary.
