Chinese Broccoli And Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak, sliced in thin, bite size pieces
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. dry sherry (more if you like)
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. Accent
    1/2 bunch fresh broccoli or 1 box frozen
    1/4 c. sliced spring onion
    5 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix beef with soy sauce, sherry, sugar and Accent.
    Marinate. Cut broccoli 2 inches long.
    Stir-fry in 2 tablespoons oil in hot skillet.
    Add salt. Stir until done but still crisp.
    Take out. Put rest of oil in skillet.
    Add onions and beef and stir-fry briefly.
    Return broccoli.
    Serve over rice.
