Barbecued Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 jar horseradish mustard
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/4 bottle Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. water
    Tabasco sauce, red pepper and black pepper to taste
    1 stick butter
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 to 2 tsp. horseradish
    2 broiler chickens
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except chickens, for sauce; bring to a boil.
    Remove from heat.
    Cut broiler chickens in half and remove skin.
    Place chicken on low fire.
    Turn and baste with sauce until very brown.
    Cook 1 to 2 hours, depending on size of chickens.
    Use tongs to prevent puncture.
